Throughout the ONE book we hear from scientists and spiritual leaders that Mind/consciousness creates reality.
So what is consciousness?
Our consciousness is our awareness of existing or a good example of understanding this is, when someone is unconscious or knocked out they’re are unaware and not conscious. So being awake and aware is being conscious.
When we are conscious, we are creating reality by being conscious of reality, and reality only exists because we are conscious (aware of it).
Therefore what we raise awareness of, we create more of in the world. For an example a charity that raises awareness of an issue creates more of the issue. This is because the more we become aware of something the more of it we create.
As our collective consciousness creates the world we live in, the more people who become aware of the issue the more the issue is created in reality.
This is an important concept to comprehend as we can choose to engage our awareness with the issues of the world or the blessings and things we wish to see more of.

It’s very easy to think that some circumstances or events are causing you to feel down. The reality however, is that in every second we are making choices to focus our attention on what makes us feel good and what doesn’t.
Never believe that a negative thought or emotion is more powerful than you!
Remember that you created the thought or emotion and therefore you can decide in this very moment to change your focus and create something else.
